Is Awas Score a government website?
No. Awas Score is an independent service and is not affiliated with the Government of India or any state government. To apply for a scheme, always use the official scheme website or your local office.
What can I do for free?
Choose your state, browse the central and state housing schemes available there, and read our simple eligibility guides for each one, all at your own pace.
What do I get for ₹499?
Your personal Awas Score out of 100, a scheme-by-scheme match for your family, and a clear view of the rules you don’t meet yet. You also get everything in the free plan.
Does a high score mean I will get a house?
No. Your score shows how well your family matches a scheme’s published rules. Final decisions are made by the scheme authorities, after checking your documents and other details.
How is my score worked out?
We compare your details with the eligibility rules of 30+ housing schemes. A score of 70 to 100 means a good chance, 40 to 69 is a good start, and below 40 means some details may not match yet.
What details will you ask for?
Simple things like your state, whether you live in a town or village, your family’s yearly income, your current home and who lives with you.
